Agree ... MTR were sharp to grab this. I was a little surprised that MOD had not done this to improve their already large ground position. This would give predators interested in the belt less options to choose from, even if MOD has enough on their plate already.

Shows that whilst MTR and MOD are working together there is also an element of self interest here too. It makes MTR more attractive IMO, depending upon what they are up to with their Thai asset.
