The copper chart I have since figured out actually even looks better than previously thought.

The charts when plugged with the latest copper updates from the site above actually plot the price like this....i.e. the grey lines etc...

But for fear of being labelled as giving advice, you should check it for yourself at the site above. Just register for free and go to the commodities section under 'hards' and click copper. There you will see the above chart with a link under to 'copper supply & demand'. At the bottom of this page is detailed pricing forecasts per quarter for each year. In 2013, Q2 for example copper peaks to $4.50 as indicated in the chart above.
