From memory the D-tree tenement was granted around the time the company listed in 2008, reading from the 2008 prospectus:
"the Company holds a 100% interest (subject to tenement grant and compliance with Wild Rivers declaration.......) in a sedimentary phosphate deposit – the D-Tree West Project..."
