I would say loss of credibility of the management of our company.

No positive feedback for shareholders and insufficient information flow. We are definately being treated like mushrooms!

There is no confidence in this board and every time shareholders try to do something about it the management uses all their ill gotten power to stifle shareholders.

Unfortunately too many shareholders seem to want to put their weight behind the management - instead of trying to make them accountable.

Let's see how many shareholders will vote against any increase in benefits this year? The management/directors are not performing well at all.
