message to the chairman of nusep

I believe the chairman reads HC, as was indicated at the AGM of 2012. And given that the share price, at the time of writing, was down nearly 30%, on small volume, but still, I thought a few questions, unlikely to be answered, were in order.

So, Mr Chairman, can you please come clean about the following;

1) What is the state of the PrIME spinoff? Why haven't we been told anything?

2) Why did the Company Secretary resign? Why is he still listed on the NuSep website as the secretary?

3) Why hasn't the Singapore facility already got the cGMP application in, rather than "expects to lodge this application within the next 6 months."

4) Why haven't the directors been supporting the share price in the market?

If I'd asked questions about the latest, old auditor, would you claim "Can't talk about that as we're in legal proceedings" ?
