    hey all. they are able to sell the assets, VEG Management put offer of $2M on the table and it was rejected.

    Prime would not invest another $2M and reject a $2M offer for one of the assets if it didnt have something in mind.

    That something is a buy out.. all part of drumming down the price to get it for next to nothing.
