thanks mozz18, I got you. There was an announcement made that meryl lynch was becoming a substantial holder. Was very frustrated today with the lack of short selling (might sound strange) but I got pretty good at picking the highs & lows of CEY (for short term trading), only to see it limp along today. Mind you I also hold it for long term in my SMSF. I think the lack of short selling has paralyzed the ASX.
