i should add a note of caution that the risk is significant imo so i am only allocating 5% portfolio waiting, but i think moving early before the broker upgrades is when the rewards are highest (overall broker / analyst sentiment was still that it is "too early" to invest prior to this announcement, and that is a fair call).
will be interesting to see the effect on valuations and analyst sentiment over coming weeks, as this could provide the impetus for a breakout beyond the recent range bound trading, and that could then encourage the momentum traders to join the party.
