Problem is that it will be very difficult to get this puppy bank financed... And if that doesnt happen, then nothing does.
If financed through equity (its too big anyway but for arguments sake) then everyone gets diluted to nothing.
Good management though.
May go nowhere for a very, very, very long-time.
