Many many years of broken promises and unattained targets will be hard to overcome. I would add that the targets have not only not been attained but the targets themselves have proved to be little more than mirages

Delk was all about "getting serious". Or was he the residual of the MD saga.
Sadly we are little more than a joke in the eyes of the market, the good news is we are on the ground floor.
The only thing now, is which way will the elevator go.
