The Merrill Lynch target seems to be 31c not 21c.

CIMB and UBS both have targets of 30c or more for EHL as well but none of them are game to call it a buy. Analysts can't afford to take the risks but we can.
We seem to find each other in the same stocks of late. I have been buying into this one and BLY in the last few days. I just think they have both fallen to far and too fast.
