dont mean to cross thread too much and am not suggesting anything untoward but they are pretty much all the same players with cross representation on all boards and again, some of them have worked together for a long long time.
maybe rather than a local player such as wcl, shell aoe are softening up an interantional driller like DTE as its reserve potential is bigger than that of the next in line csg players in the local market. Just a thought. dyor
