The lease in Singapore on the Jaya shipyard expires during 2021. As the announcement, relating to the acquisition of Jaya, did not elaborate on any extensions or renegotiating of leases of the Singapore shipyard, I am of the opinion either MMA will relocate or lose an asset
The intention - from what I understand is, the Singaporean government will be taken back the site
