Tpf - I agree with your thoughts, I think there is manipulation on a grand scale and its not to benefit small holders (unless your someone trading the highs and lows). They don't communicate yet they don't have too much trouble filling a CR. I think they are quietly comfortable with progress, and the sp will take care of itself when they want it to.
