Correction, RMS still has a bid open for EXU but it has withdrawn its increased offer. The 1:4 share offer remains, which the EXU directors continue to reject. RMS is believed to have just under 5% acceptance at this stage.
DRM would not meet RMS's need to feed more ore through the Edna May mill because the Deflector mine is too far away. This topic has been explored earlier under RMS and discounted.
