I am curious to hear what makes you so sure the deal is done and dusted?

Why would they keep us in the dark and not take advantage of some good news for a change to give their long suffering shareholders something to grasp to?

You'd think that they would want to breathe some sort of life in these shares with something positive??

No even though I have very little faith in them now, I don't think they are a bunch of machochists... THE DEAL IS NOT DONE YET & until I see it in black and white, I won't rejoice just yet. Shades of hitech here.
