Interesting theory.

Care to expand on it and tell us in your opinion how this could happen???

I too have a theory and it involves someone else making a play for AGU to get a 30% interest in the project. It would be a cheap entry IMO given the potential and a private company could easily become a player at the same time doing a deal with Padbury for cash and earn a greater interest. At current prices a 5-6 cent bid could see the majority of holders let go of their stock IMO and I can't see Padbury making a bid anywhere near that figure.

Just my opinion though...
