    AAG is undervalued, MLX is cashed up and Mr Cook is not part of any negotiations so perfectly placed to launch the attack. MLX already have a substantial stake in the project. They could in fact provide a blocking stake in the WGR bid, strage as it may seem. WGR will happily sell their AAG shares to MLX for cash to advance Rover and everyone is happy :)
