Looks like a like management are trying to engineer a way to sell their holdings without affecting existing shareholders too much, unfortunately it looks like they have their timing wrong. Will PM prices fire up later in the year and allow them to offload their CDE shares into a surging PM market. They must have something pretty good in mind for the profits.
