Well based on Arc's shareprice of $1.15 and the 1.175 ratio, it implies a value of $1.35 per AZA share.

Speculation now is that NXS may not take action before scheme meetings as this would require them to make a minimum bid for AZA of $1.82. It is quite possible that they will see the merger through and then attempt to takeover/merge with the combined AZA/ARC as they are way below intrinsic value and Nexus won't be restricted to by the minimum bid price pre merger.
