AgentM, could NOT agree more with you as regards a FIXED price being agreed upon for the sale of our EFS asset.
What safeguard is there should the market tank {Black swan event like falling off the "fiscal cliff" or Europe et al} BEFORE the sale is finalised in the 1st qtr 2013. What if SEA shares are worth 40c by then? {obviously ours will be 20c} Are we still obligated to finalise this horrid deal at 7K an acre rather than 14.5k an acre when SEA shares were at 82c? Surely not I would feel but as far as I can tell there is NO contingency for this event were it to occur. The sale{if passing all hurdles} would still go blindly through at whatever the market conditions and hence SEA share price is at the time. This is simply OBSCENE.
Secondly, as far as Talon is concerned, would I be right in assuming that it will consist of 235 million shares {current TXN registry} and will include what cash is on hand prior to Oct 1 2012? I think we had approx 17m cash on hand less wandoo buyout of efs % which leaves about 15m. Current drilling expenses to be re-imbursed by SEA upon completion of the deal. So, am I correct in assuming that Talon will have approx 235m shares issued with about 15m in the bank giving a value of approx 15c a share?
All comments on the above 2 would be very welcome.
Thanks again all txn contributors esp AgentM and Etseon, sharejon etc.
