Agent, did you mean SEA plan to run a rig full time by mid 2013 (not 2012)?
Was there any mention as to how near-term the EFS leases were until expiry? That would certainly explain quite a few things.
The market thinks this is a bad deal for SEA, according to it's share price today. That is unbelievable. SEA still have their entire $160 million cash position and have just picked up TXN's quality EFS project at an absolute steal, yet the market's saying no.
