    I agree dc with your theory, but these "dealmakers" have something over asic and asx "regulators" and in the 17 years I have been investing, these guys have done nothing about the multiple emailed complaints that I have sent. I get a reply, but no result. Im still waiting for them to do something about all the other companies that have been manipulated whilst my hard earned was paying for executive bonuses. I dont expect anything to be done about those companies and unfortunately I dont expect anything to be done about this deal (not that I have not complained to management)
    You are correct in what you say and I am not happy about the pricing structure they have nominated. I just dont see the outcome of this deal being any different to any previous ones I have been involved in. I am just looking for positives to work with going forward. I own shares in TXN and SEA so what I loose on one I believe I will gain on the other (lots of hope involved)
