Now that I have digested this announcement overnight it sits better with me (still not totally happy). I am still very disappointed that they have moved the EFS assets for a low ball offer but I guess it could have been worse.
In this scenario we get to participate in the growth through SEA. At least they didnt shaft us fully a-la EKA and ADI
