you dont base a price on what another share may or may not do one day
the base price is 2 for 1, so if sea drop into an abyss, so does the efs value fall further into an abyss
the price should be defined, a set value given then a deal struck that no matter what, the efs is fairly sold for its correct value
all the graphs on reserves and what not on the presentations are meaningless. just set a fair price for the asset and do the deal with that.
this idea is correct, there is nil wrong with the deal nad demerger other than the price point given. thats out right lunacy.
