i just repeat one thing.. the price is wrong so the deal is wrong and does not get my support..

i would love to be enthused and positive on it all, but the primary bottom line is the price give for the efs asset..

there has to be some responsibility and accountability for the price you allow an asset to be given away for, and there are limits to what is reasonable...

so here is say this once again..

if someone said to you in texas that a company was giving away 7 producing wells on 7400 acres in the efs oil section for $14.5 K per acre

they would say your crazy.. they simply wouldnt believe it.
