unlikely but could it be that the TXN board have agreed to this deal with a small break fee to flush out those other potential bidders who visited the data room but have been sitting on the fence
if others have an interest they will need to act fast so any move in the sp over the next few weeks will imo suggest someone else might give it a crack
we can only hope so
