While disappointed that there is not more for us TXN holders I am gald to see this proposal tabled. I think there may be better opportunity to find upside through a rerating of SEA shares in the near future than sitting it out with TXN shares and the current TXN team. And my inclination ATM is to hold on for a ride through SEA.
