stlamc: Yep, that's very much as I saw it, which to me made TXN the choice to buy. I was glad to see it up a little today (I bought 50,000 at 37.5c). I think SEA is a great buy too. I suppose part of my decision was that I already held SEA. I'd be thrilled to see a better offer on TXN for some quick easy profit, but more likely I see it taking a little longer under the SEA banner.
