    Because they were not open in their communication regarding the commitment wells that required funding in 2013.

    Domino effect has got us to this point where SEA has got an absolute bargain. Even their precious options go up in smoke which highlights the desperation.

    It wouldn't surprise if a bidder does come out of left field to take the lot.
