Information was provided that the next lease commitment well was required in November 2012 well in advance.

The terms of Texon’s Eagle Ford leases require the Company to begin its next Eagle Ford lease commitment well in November, 2012.

I don't believe further lease commitment wells were expanded upon due to the expectation of a successful sale.
