Cash remains with Talon.
SEA 1 share for 2 Texton means the issuance of 122.5mil shares (approx). Meaning the SEA will have a tad under 400mil shares issued.
Cash position would translate to approx $0.41 per share.
They smart ones were those guys that sold at $0.70 in March and October last year, as the two parts SEA and Talon will not come anywhere near $0.70.
So what is Talon worth?
The entity will have approx 245mil shares. What market cap will the market assign it?
Imo $40mil or $0.16 max. But would not be surprised if it were closer to $0.10 upon listing, as why would anyone assign any sort of premium?
So $0.41 + $0.16 = $0.57 nice one I make two cents, woohooo!
What ever happened to the pipe dream of $1.10 / $1.20????
I really never expected $1.00+, but was hopeful of $0.75 to $0.80 at least.
Poor result for us longer holders, considering they gave it away, but can take comfort they gave it away to SEA.
