BUT, from the BOD point of view they have simply started a process - very much like a house auction where the auctioneer says "the property will be sold, we have reached a level that the owner will accept". The wording of the documentation says in principle that Viralytics will be sold to Merk UNLESS A BETTER OFFER IS RECEIVED." Auction is now open.
