I am of the opinion that $1.75 is far, far better than 60 cents. Of course I am also of the opinion that $1.75 is a low ball opportunistic offer. But I am very happy with the offer because if $1.75 is truly low ball, then surely another pharma will be able to see the real value and come on with a counter bid. And if at the end of the day this is the only bid, then the market is saying this is the best price. Rather this scenario than yesterday's scenario when it was still going down, down...down, down, down (as in the Coles advert).
