It is bitter sweet - timing not helping with the market being rather hesitant.
Great to finally get an offer but it somehow does feel like we are giving it away....
It was always interesting to read about other takeovers and the price involved. Personally I haven’t really looked further into how deals came together and if major players were bidding against each other.
well hopefully in this case BMS really wants and needs our product - the future will tell if this gets better for us....
