Hi,@Charterrierist, I don’t know where you got the information about the last installment to be paid on 1 October 2019. To my knowledge,as we can search the prior announcements, the initial payments scheduled the last two installments as €765,000 on July 1st 2018 and €1,110,000 on October 1st 2018. This information was disclosed in the 14 August 2017 announcement on “transformational acquisition and capital raising”.

The company updated the new arrangement on its 25 June 2018 announcement as the deferment of next milestone payment of €765,000 from 1 July 2018 to 1 October 2018.I hope that information could clarify the acquisition payments arrangements and at least partly ease your concern.

I have more than 1 million shares on this company.I am disappointed with the share price action.But I acknowledge the management’s effort on this company and the boxes they ticked on by one.I would like to credit to whom credit is due. In this market, we have to ride off the turbulence if we believe in the potential.

In this turmoil time it’s better to leave screen and don’t take the price fluctuations as our every heart beats.
