If you were in charge of MOG what would you capital raising price be and would you wait til after the MEO announcement? My pick pre MEO announcement would be 25c, based on 2 for every existing share. That would give them $40M minus fees for drilling the other leases. After the MEO announcement its hard to say where it will run to but 35c might be a good discounted price.
