Artemis is worth more after the JV and is significantly derisked after this ann.
All the partners are trading a a value discount - MOG more than the others.
It makes no sense to capital raise before the JV - UNLESS - Artemis is not that good.
Therefore - if you think they will cap raise before the JV - you shouldn't be invested in MOG (or MEO / CUE)
My research on Artemis tells me otherwise.
