I have always thought that Vitamin E was one of the essential vitamins to take but after doing some research as a result of this thread I find once again that it is a waste of time buying product because it is almost impossible to get the "proper" stuff
"Gamma-tocopherol" is the one with all the benefits but it is alpha Vitamin E that is sold which is apparently only 10% as good. The good stuff is almost impossible to purchase in Australia
So I have gone back to getting proper Vitamin E from fruits, nuts and oil which we are having as a "smoothie" at breakfast time.
So with any medication try and find out what is actually in it.
This of course comes back to the lack of labeling laws where it becomes almost impossible to know what we are buying
