Hnnnn is there really enough of our tax money to pay for their time in the big house?
How many kids go to school in substandard facilities, how many elderly etc are left wanting after a lifetime of service to the country only to suffer in similarly substandard hospitals/care homes because of all the money we- law abiding citizens- pay to house them?
I for one would not mind if the taxes I used to contribute to criminals getting three meals a day, internet access, televisions, exercise yards, libraries & all the rest of it instead went to building a facility in which they’d be forced to work to pay their own way.
You know, like we do.
Follow the law? Pay for crims to be housed.
Break the law? Lay on your a & eat food paid for by others.
When did we forget the ‘pay your debt to society’ bit?
