Ronstie. I read that as well, although these seem to be the options with Resolution 6 being clear of 120M new shares in total. As I read it there will be:
1. 80M existing shares (roughly) 2. 120M new shares, as a part of the cap raising. 3. 120M new shares for the Rankin deal.
Coming to 320M+/- But I take your point that its not entirely clear. With that said, total shares of 340M with the extra money coming in for those extra 20M, wont make any difference to me.
Andrew, As for the price for the investors you are right the ann on the 21st said 18cents, now it says not less than 18c. I would hope if the status quo on the SP remains then 18c is the price. I guess the "not less than" is in there if the MEO farmin announcement comes out and this shoots to 40 or 50c (hypothetically) then SPP price might get raised to a degree (which I dont think would worry too many existing holders).
My question is when is the record date for the SPP, I can't seem to find any reference, so I assume it is yet to be decided.
I bought back in today, with a view to doubling up at a discount, leading to that MEO deal.
