I can be fairly certain that it was not "insiders selling out", for a number of reasons, including:

1. This is much evident from past events that, unlike many others, this company does not leak. These guys play very much by the book. Even to the extent that they stick to the letter of the law and operate a different website for the USA to meet the FDA non-advertising requirements.

2. I know where a huge percentage of the shares are and know that none of the investors with large holdings have sold. In fact, as in the past, yesterday demonstrated that there are willing buyers for any bargains offered by such a retrace.

I suspect that your second hypothesis is correct. A combination of a little impatience by a few, followed by tumbling stoplosses. The fact that CST can now be bought on CFDs probably amplifies the effect also.
