Hilly - I'm no Geo but as I understand it the Goondicum deposit is a weathered Gabbro which breaks down partially into fine clay particles whereas most mineral sands projects are within old coastal dunes where historical tidal and wave action bleach the fines. Perhaps there is a Geo here that can clarify further.
