(2) To deflect the attention of SHers away from the last two years performance of MLM (IMO)
(3) To remove the ability of small shareholders (which make up the majority of MLM share register) to scrutinize and bring accountability to MLM board. If Pala gets 30% ownership, then small SHers lose that ability. (IMO)
