this is teetering on being silly. that is, it's nigh impossible with the information available to reconcile GRR valuation so markedly below liquid assets valuation. I am sure that @miningnut has got the numbers for Q2 pretty close and I cannot believe that GRR's property squander is so deep out of the money that a 25-30% discount to cash and receivables is warranted.
I think (a) I'll ask GRR and (b) if I don't get a sensible answer then maybe I'll prompt ASX to instigate a 'please explain'
