Hey Ink, I posted a week ago that the case had concluded & that the judge has reserved his decision which could take months.
It was BCL against RTG & Central so who do you think was doing the accusing? From what I hear the whole case was based on press releases issued by the ABG supported by hearsay & innuendo with no facts or evidence presented that backed up the allegations.
An expensive fishing expedition by a company grasping at straws.
