Deutshe have been disposing of their holding over the last few months--so he is commending a share that he is saying people should buy in the paper.

David has a lot of faith in PWR he tells the paper---yet Deutsch have been selling PWR.

PowerLan is an information technology (IT) solutions and services stock in Australia. In April 2002, the recommendation is to buy this stock. It is currently trading at lows of around $A0.20, but it has a lot of potential. The company now has a market capitalisation of around $A80.43 million. It listed at $A1 in September 1999 and hit a high of $A3 just prior to the "dot com" crash of April 2000. PowerLan has announced a strategy of selling non-core assets. David Leslie, of Deutsche Bank, has faith in PowerLan. He expects the company to return to growth in 2003 and he has put a "buy" rating on the stock. PowerLan is now predicting a profit of $A12.3 million for the 12 months to 30 June 2002.

Rule 13: When not to pyramid. When markets are in a distributing phase, near double or triple top (bottom) areas, major support or resistance levels.Rule 19: Advances from a low. Watch the current swing to see if is larger then recorded previous moves. This can be helpful in a slow or distributing market. After a prolonged trend watch for the first two or three-day move (trend change), this will often be a sign that the end of a move is near. Normally the strong bull or (bear) doesn't have more then a 1-day break, (rally).
