Had a closer look at MEL's gea sdiscovery. The koukandowie formation in the Clarence Morton basin is regarded as equivalent to the the Hutton Formation in the Surat Basin. The latter is a secondary objective in the Willaroo well (see page 35 of OIP's IPO document). So its nice to have a conventional gas discovery in the equivalent formation not too far away. Say the petroeum system is operative .. so the clincher is trap ... and we seem to have that at Willaroo .. plus 2 large primary reservoir targets and 4 secondary targets.
