I have a close friend who went to visit the site with the guys from Hunter Capital who also have resource capital gold in Canada. While he said he was impressed with their sales pitch and modeling for pre-ipo capital they have not been very forward with information. He did not take up the offer instead wanting to see true market disclosures when it IPOs, but they still haven't produced an IPO document. While I am happy to have old mate aboard, I get the feeling all is not well with BMR. Hope I'm wrong.
