    Cobalt is a bust in general. Nothing to do with the Dr. There is no conspiracy theories . . . many many many companies globally are underwater in Cobalts it's just a matter of who blinks. Cobalt Canada has several miners still investing in it hoping to turn it around, but whether they can or not is pretty unknown (look how long BMR has dragged out the IPO). . .
